Fort Hood Skeet and Trap Club is located
on the largest Army base in the World : Fort Hood, Texas.
BASE ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
(ie PASSES) AND REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL OFF-BASE FIREARMS HAS
BEEN RE-INSTATED! However, firearm registration has been made
very convenient! See How to Join Us above
for access information.
We have 3 skeet fields
with 2 trap overlays and also run a 5 stand on one skeet
field. We are open every weekend (Except Thanksgiving
Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve or New Years Day)
from 10AM to 4PM in the Winter and 9AM to 3PM during July,
August, and September.
We hold several NSSA registered Skeet
shoots and ATA registered Trap shoots each year, as well as
several fun shoots. See Event

Club:
From
Waco: IH35 to Kileen exit (US190); west on US190 until you
reach the MAIN GATE at Fort Hood; continue straight until you
dead end into RANGE Rd; turn left for 1/4 mile to the
Sportsman's Center entrance; Skeet range is behind the
Center.
From
Austin: Take
TX195 from IH35 thru Florence to US190; go west to MAIN GATE
at Fort Hood; continue straight until you dead end into RANGE
Rd; turn left for 1/4 mile to the Sportsman's Center entrance;
Skeet range is behind the Center.
